Jerry Dowell is the founder of DowellGroup, a high-performing, highly-regarded broker agency helping clients to grow their businesses at Rite Aid. In late 2019, DowellGroup-MPG was formed through the merger of DowellGroup and Market Performance Group, LLC’s Drug channel broker services group. Jerry remains actively involved as a Strategic Advisor.

Jerry’s expertise in health and beauty care, with a special emphasis on multicultural and professional hair care, is well known and respected throughout the industry. With over 30 years’ experience in the business, he held many positions including merchandise manager, buyer, and national sales manager before founding DowellGroup. He is currently involved in various industry and trade organizations where his expertise is valued on numerous committees and industry panels.
